Nature’s way of removal of organic matter from effluents is by splitting them to simpler compounds by bacteria present in the nature. This may be undergone in aerobic conditions or anaerobic conditions depending on the bacteria.  In the natural process, the microorganism takes longer time to digest the organic matter due to less number of bacteria in action or due to unfavourable environmental conditions.

In this system, the process is similar to that of nature; but employing specifically chosen bacteria useful for this purpose, cultured in laboratory in high quantities and applied under favourable conditions. This ensures speedy treatment of effluent to the desired level of purification, in the natural way.

The laboratory is equipped with modern equipments including atomic absorption spectrophotometer, automatic weather station etc. A similar laboratory of the institute is functioning at Neyveli, Tamil Nadu also.

The organization was launched in 2001, mainly concentrating on the consultancy services. It succeeded in gaining the confidence of more than 100 companies in a short span of four years.
